Other ways of Giving

Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving is the most tax efficient way to give, straight from your salary. Did you know that if you donate £10 a month to the Foundation from your pay, your gift will only cost you £8.00? The Inland Revenue gives us the extra £2.00! (At the basic rate of taxation). To donate via your salary, just fill in the Payroll Giving form and we’ll do the rest.

Giving Shares

Give shares as a gift and make substantial tax savings on both Capital Gains and Income Tax.

Make a substantial tax saving when giving shares as a gift.

The Chancellor announced changes in the March 2000 budget that make it more tax-efficient than ever before to make a charitable gift. By giving shares to the Foundation it is possible to make a substantial tax saving, not only on capital gains tax but on income tax as well.

For further information on Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and other issues concerning Giving Shares, please see the Giving Shares information sheet, or contact the Foundation via email, alternatively call: 020 8332 1788.

Corporate Support

Today, the relationship between companies and charities is closer than ever before, with charity sponsorships and corporate charity donations increasingly used to support UK charities.

Charity sponsorship can bring genuine and lasting benefits to a company; from public perception to employee motivation, making it in a company's own interests to move towards increasing their social responsibility.

The Foundation builds lasting relationships with corporate charity partners, ensuring they are involved, updated, informed, advised and supported in everything they do.

We recognise that charity sponsorship, corporate charity donations and partnerships are driven by more than philanthropic desire; they must also satisfy the needs of the business.

The Foundation’s team are experts in creating and developing mutually beneficial corporate charity relationships with partners. Each charity sponsorship partnership is managed specifically to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties.
